Getting Your Order Ready
Once your purchase is completed, the journey of your order begins with a preparation phase. Every item is produced and handed over to our shipping carrier within a 5 to 7 business day window from the date of purchase. This period allows us to ensure your merchandise is properly crafted and packaged before it leaves our facility and enters the transit network.
Understanding Your Shipping Quote
The final shipping charge for your package is not a flat rate; it is calculated based on two main factors: where the package is being sent and how many items are included in your cart. To see the precise cost for your specific order, simply add the desired products to your cart, proceed to the checkout page, and enter your complete mailing address. The system will automatically update the total to reflect the correct shipping price before you finalize the transaction.
Package Transit Expectations
We deliver to destinations around the globe. After the initial processing period, the time it takes for your package to reach you depends on whether it is a domestic or international shipment. Standard transit times are as follows:
- Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 5 to 10 days.
- International deliveries generally take between 7 and 15 days.
Addressing Your Shipment
A single order is limited to one shipping destination. If you need to send items to different locations, such as gifts for friends in separate cities, you will need to create a separate order for each unique address. Regarding the type of address, we are able to dispatch packages to both standard residential and commercial locations, as well as to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
International Duties and Tax Responsibilities
For all orders shipping internationally from the US, the package is sent under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means that Logicalfair does not collect VAT or any other import taxes, duties, or customs fees at the point of sale. Any such charges that may be applied by your local customs agency upon the package's arrival in your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Since local customs and VAT policies vary by country, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office directly for detailed information on potential charges before placing your order.
